All candidates complete a detailed application and have a video interview with one of our Placement Coordinators. We then contact their previous employers and document those conversations which are included in their profile. Once you are interested in moving forward with a candidate we conduct several background checks which include:

Do I have to pay overtime?

Yes, Employers must pay overtime to household staff who work more than 40 hours in any week. Overtime pay is 1.5 x the regular rate of pay for each hour worked over 40 hours.
