All candidates complete a detailed application and have a face to face interview with our Placement Coordinator. We then contact their previous employers and document those conversations which are included in their profile. Once you are interested in moving forward with a candidate we conduct several background checks which include:

Do I have to pay overtime?

Yes, Employers must pay overtime to Domestic Employees who work more than 40 hours in any week. Overtime pay is at least 1.5 x the regular rate of pay for each hour over 40 hours.
