How long does it take to find the right Candidate?

The average search varies based on your needs and domestic requirements. Typically, it takes 2-6 weeks to find the perfect candidate for your expectations.

How does The Washburn Agency screen candidates?

All candidates complete a detailed application and have a face to face interview with our Placement Coordinator. We then contact their previous employers and document those conversations which are included in their profile. Once you are interested in moving forward with a candidate we conduct several background checks which include:
