Backup Caregivers Needed- Flexible Hours- Greater Boston area

We are seeking experienced Nannies/Babysitters to work as part of our Backup Care team! Exact days/hours will vary, and are flexible, depending on your schedule. Responsibilities include general childcare, engaging children in fun and safe activities, and preparing easy snacks/meals for the children. The ideal candidate will have experience caring for children ages 0-14 years old, be CPR/First Aid certified, or willing to obtain, and must be willing to undergo a background check. Must be flexible and willing to travel in and around the Boston area, and able to provide references from 3 childcare-related positions! Preference given to those who have their own transportation and who can be consistently available 2 full days per week. Pay is $18/hour, taxes withheld.

PT or FT Housekeeper 
Location: Cambridge
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm, or PT schedule M/W/F, 9am-5pm; Family has some flexibility with exact schedule.
Duties: Full cleaning of 7,000 sq. foot home; vacuuming, washing floors, dusting, family laundry, changing linens, deep cleaning, organization, ironing, grocery shopping, and light food prep such as chopping vegetables.
Requirements: 3+ years of In-Home Housekeeping experience, and experience working in a large home with multiple children (no childcare required). Must have a clean criminal and driving record, and be legally authorized to work in the US. Candidate must be professional organized, a self starter, reliable, and able to work well independently.
Compensation: $25-26 per hour, taxes withheld, and paid time off

FT Housekeeper
Location: Beacon Hill
Schedule: Monday- Friday, 8:00am- 4:00pm
Duties: Full Housekeeping of home, deep cleaning, ironing, laundry, light cooking, organizing, clothing inventory (seasonal), setting up for occasional events/parties, and running occasional errands with Personal Assistant.
Requirements: 3+ years of In-Home Housekeeping experience and a clean criminal record. Candidate must be extremely detail-oriented, proactive, an excellent communicator, and able to work well both independently and with the Personal Assistant. NO parking available. Home is T-accessible via Red line, Charles MGH or Green line, Park St.
Compensation: $25-28 per hour, taxes withheld, 2 weeks paid vacation, paid holidays, and paid sick days

FT Nanny for Infant 
Location: Needham Heights
Schedule: Monday- Friday, 7/8 AM-5:30 PM
Children: 5 months old
Duties: General infant care as well as general tidying (loading/unloading dishwasher, cleaning up after children/Nanny), taking care of infant’s laundry, taking child on walks, and driving to/from age-appropriate activities.
Requirements: 3+ years of infant experience, 3+ years of In-Home Nanny experience, fluent English, a clean criminal and driving record, and a valid driver’s license. Ideal candidate will be nurturing, professional, organized, and a self starter.

FT Nanny for Toddler
Location: Concord
Schedule: Monday- Friday, 9am-7pm
Children: 15 months old
Duties: General childcare including planning activities, driving child to/from activities, preparing meals/snacks for child, engaging child in educational activities, general tidying (loading/unloading dishwasher, cleaning up after child), and grocery shopping.
Requirements: 2+ years of Nanny experience with a toddler. Must have a clean criminal and driving record, and be willing to use own car to transport child. Ideal candidate will be patient, loving, outgoing, and willing to engage children in educational and social activities. Must have excellent communication in English. Family has a dog.
Compensation: $20-25 per hour, taxes withheld, 2 weeks paid vacation and paid holidays.

FT Overnight Nanny 
Location: Brookline
Schedule: Monday- Friday, 7pm-7am (exact overnight hours somewhat flexible); Overnight shift
Children: 1 and 3 years old
Duties: General childcare including assisting with bedtime routine, preparing meals/snacks for children, and general tidying (loading/unloading dishwasher, cleaning up after children), while children are asleep.
Requirements: 3+ years of Nanny experience with toddlers. Must have a clean criminal record. Ideal candidate will be patient, loving, and willing to be up with children during the night. Family has a dog. Travel required.

FT Nanny
Location: Cambridge
Schedule: Monday- Friday, 8:30am-5:30 pm; guaranteed hours
Children: 2 and 5 years old
Duties: Childcare including driving children to and from school and activities, preparing meals/snacks for children, engaging children in educational activities, general tidying (loading/unloading dishwasher, cleaning up after children/Nanny). Oldest child will be in school part-time, and youngest will be in school until 12:00 each day.
Requirements: 2+ years of Nanny or childcare experience and comfortable working with children who have Autism Spectrum Disorder. Must have a clean criminal and driving record, and a valid driver’s license. Ideal candidate will be patient, loving, outgoing, and willing to engage children in educational activities. Must have excellent communication in English, speaking and writing. Street parking available or parking pass is available, and home is T-accessible via Harvard Square T-stop. Nanny car will be provided. Must be comfortable with a Stay-at-home Mom.

Requirements: 3+ years of infant/toddler experience, and a clean criminal record. Ideal candidate will be nurturing, energetic, and encourage child development and independence. Must have great communication in English and be comfortable with a grandparent who is in the home during the day. No parking available. Home is T-accessible via green line Copley Square T-stop.

FT Nanny/House Assistant
Location: Wellesley, MA
Schedule: Monday, 7am-6:30pm and Tues-Fri, 12pm-6:30pm (extra hours available if needed)
Children: 4 and 10 years old
Duties: Running errands, family cooking, family laundry, and general tidying/organizing and driving children to and from activities and school. Family has a cleaning service. Occasional overnights when mom is traveling for work.
Requirements: 3+ years of Nanny experience, additional experience as a House Assistant or House Manager preferred. Must have valid driver’s license, be willing to use own car to drive the children, a clean criminal and good driving record.
Compensation: $22-25 per hour, 2 weeks paid vacation and paid holidays.

PT Housekeeper 
Location: Newton
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30am-1/1:30pm; 27-30 hours
Duties: Full cleaning of 15,000 sq. foot home; vacuuming, washing floors, dusting, family laundry and ironing, changing linens, deep cleaning, housekeeping responsibilities, and light food prep such as chopping vegetables.
Requirements: 3+ years of in-home Housekeeping experience, and experience working in a large home with multiple children (no childcare involved). Must have a clean criminal and driving record, and be legally authorized to work in the US. Candidate must pay close attention to detail, and be professional, a self-starter, and have excellent communication skills in English.
Compensation: $25-27 per hour, taxes withheld, 2 weeks paid vacation, paid holidays

PT House Assistant/Nanny
Location: Belmont, MA
Schedule: Family is flexible to do 3-5 days/week, and flexible with exact hours: Ideally, M/T/Th/F, 2-6:30/7pm, W 11am-6:30pm, 20-30 hours/week.
Children: 13 and 15 years old
Duties: Running errands, family cooking (simple healthy recipes), family laundry, and general tidying (making beds/tidying rooms), and driving 2 older children to and from activities/school pickup. Family has a cleaning service 1x/week.
Requirements: 3+ years of Nanny experience and experience as a House Assistant or Housekeeper. Must have valid driver’s license and a clean criminal and driving record. Ideal candidate will be loving, intuitive, and be a self-starter! Must be EPI-Pen trained and have experience working with children with severe food allergies. Family has a 9 month old puppy. Must be comfortable with a work-from-home parent.
Compensation: $24-25 per hour, taxes withheld, paid time off

Housekeeper 
Location: Wellesley
Schedule: Tuesday-Friday, 7:30am-2:30pm; Add Mondays after the first month of employment.
Duties: Full deep cleaning of 14,000 sq. foot home and their guest house; vacuuming, washing floors, dusting, family laundry, changing linens, deep cleaning, organizing drawers/closets, and keeping home neat and orderly. Feeding 2 large dogs, light meal prep, and running errands.
Requirements: 3+ years of in-home Housekeeping experience, experience working in a large home, and be knowledgeable of cleaning high-end appliances. Must have a clean criminal and driving record, and a reliable vehicle. Candidate must be extremely detail-oriented, intuitive, organized, and able to work well independently. Must have excellent communication in English. Flexibility to clean Family’s home in Cape Cod 2x/week during the summer is ideal.
