Information we collect

  • From job candidates: name, phone number, email address, employment history, professional references (including the references’ names and phone numbers that you provide to us), and information you submit through our application or intake forms.
  • From professional references: when you have been listed as a reference by a candidate, we may contact you by phone, text message, or email to schedule and conduct a reference call. We collect the responses you provide during that call.
  • Automatically: standard web log information when you visit our website (IP address, browser type, pages viewed).

How we use your information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Evaluate candidates for placement with our clients;
  • Contact candidates and their listed references to schedule and conduct reference calls, including by SMS text message;
  • Communicate with you about our services;
  • Comply with our legal and contractual obligations.

SMS messaging

If we contact you by text message, we do so to schedule reference calls, confirm appointments, send reminders, and handle related transactional communications. We do not use SMS for marketing. We do not share, sell, or rent mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in data with any third party for marketing purposes. Message and data rates may apply. How we share information

We share information only as needed to operate our business:

  • With our clients (prospective employers), for candidates we represent;
  • With service providers that help us run our business (e.g., scheduling, messaging, and CRM tools), under contracts that require them to protect your information;
  • When required by law.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for third-party marketing.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing [email protected]. You can opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP.
