Babysitter FAQ's

Yes, some Caregivers are comfortable caring for mildly ill children and the Caregiver will determine if they are willing to provide care. Please indicate on your booking form if your child is sick. Children must be free from fever, diarrhea and vomiting, without taking medicine for 24 hours prior to a booking. Children with HFM must be fever free for 72 hours AND blister free. Caregivers will not provide care for children showing the following symptoms:

  • Vomiting
  • Fever (over 100.0)
  • Diarrhea
  • Mouth Sores
  • Ringworm
  • Hand Foot and Mouth
  • (HFM)
  • Runny Nose with Discoloration
  • Discharge from Eyes, Nose or Ears
  • Abnormal Breathing
  • Any Communicable Disease (Flu, Covid, Strep Throat etc.)
All of our caregivers are thoroughly vetted for your peace of mind. However, if you’d like to get to know the caregiver better, we recommend adding 30 to 60 minutes to your booking to allow time for an introduction.
If the booking is canceled within 48 hours of the scheduled time, a 3-hour minimum fee will apply.
Yes!!! Tipping is a wonderful way to show your appreciation for their hard work
Yes, please indicate on your booking form if driving is required. If the caregiver uses their own vehicle, mileage reimbursement will be required at the current IRS rate.
While we do our best to accommodate all bookings, we cannot guarantee caregiver availability, especially on high-demand days such as holidays.
