This past weekend, The Washburn Agency had an incredible time attending Nannypalooza in Cincinnati, Ohio. The weekend was full of learning, connection, and community, and we’re so grateful to have been part of such a special conference celebrating professional nannies from across the country.
A Busy (and Delicious) Vendor Table
Our vendor table was nonstop busy all weekend, and we loved every minute of it. Thank you to all of the amazing nannies who stopped by to enjoy our snacks, learn more about working with us, and grab a “nanny life” sticker or hair tie. One of the highlights was meeting so many talented nannies from both Nashville and Boston. We loved hearing your stories, answering questions, and sharing what makes working with The Washburn Agency unique.
Sharing Knowledge and Expertise
We were so proud to have our Founder and Owner, Sarah, representing The Washburn Agency during two sessions at Nannypalooza. She led a roundtable discussion on working and interviewing with high-net-worth families, offering practical insight into professionalism, discretion, and confidence in the interview process. Later, she joined the Agency Q&A Panel, where she connected with attendees and shared additional expertise on what agencies look for when partnering with nannies.

Giving back to the nanny community is a big part of who we are. The weekend wrapped up with CincyNanny’s Nanny Night Out, which was an absolute blast. It was the perfect way to unwind after a busy few days and celebrate the incredible work and dedication of nannies everywhere.
